General Settings page

Use the General Settings tab to select common settings of the program.

• Autostart program - Runs the program automatically at the system start-up.
• Start minimized - minimizes the window right after the program is launched.
• Minimize to tray - when this option is selected, when minimized, the program main window will disappear from the task panel. Use the icon in the system tray to see it again.
• Close program from tray menu only - when this option is selected, the only way to close the program will be by accessing the tray icon. When this mode is activated, clicking the Close button (X in the upper right window corner) will minimize the window instead of closing it.
• Don't ask when deleting note - if this option is checked the program won't ask for your confirmation before note deletion.
• Auto move notes to archive after - when this option is selected, all notes will be moved after a task is complete and after a set period of time has passed.
• Recent notes count - the number of notes allowed in the Recent Notes list.
• Show creation date in Note window - when this option is selected, the lower part of a note will display the date it was created.

The next option group lets you set hotkeys for frequently used functions.

• Open Notes list - specify hotkey combination to open notes list (main window)
• Switch between notes - specify hotkey combination to launch quick note switcher window
• Hide all notes - specify hotkey combination to hide all notes currently displayed
• On tray icon double-click - specify action that will be triggered by double-clicking program's tray icon. You can select the following options: "Open note list", "Create new note" or "Open settings dialog".
